Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort Orlando, Orlando

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff, especially Ozzy at the front desk, made us feel incredibly welcome right from the start. The rooms, however, could have used some attention as there were a few cleanliness issues and a lack of basic amenities like washcloths and comforters. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions, but I did have some trouble with ticket purchases at the information desk due to a frustrating experience. Overall, great staff and location, but the rooms and certain services need improvements.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The customer service was top-notch, particularly from our host Cierra, who went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special. The environment was very kid-friendly and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. However, I did hear from a fellow guest that they experienced issues with cleanliness in their room, which is something to consider if you're looking for a quick stay.

I had a great three-night stay at the hotel. The pool area is fantastic, especially with the overhead protection for kids, making it a fun place for families. The location is perfect for accessing nearby restaurants and activities. While the rooms were decent and quiet, I wish I had checked more about fees upfront. Overall, it was good value for money.

Our family had an amazing time at the hotel! The atmosphere was vibrant, especially around the water park, which the kids absolutely loved. The bartenders, Daniel and Miguel, provided fantastic service and mixed incredible drinks. Although the rooms were a bit basic and could use some updates, the overall value for what we paid was great. I'll definitely remember our stay fondly.

I had a fantastic time at Coco Key Resort! The pool area was super fun and we even skipped outings to enjoy it more. While the service from the staff was outstanding, particularly from Julie and Xavier, my room experience was a bit of a letdown due to some minor issues with air conditioning and noise. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for its great atmosphere and wonderful staff!
