I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff, especially Ozzy at the front desk, made us feel incredibly welcome right from the start. The rooms, however, could have used some attention as there were a few cleanliness issues and a lack of basic amenities like washcloths and comforters. The location was convenient with easy access to attractions, but I did have some trouble with ticket purchases at the information desk due to a frustrating experience. Overall, great staff and location, but the rooms and certain services need improvements.

Our family had an amazing time at the hotel! The atmosphere was vibrant, especially around the water park, which the kids absolutely loved.
